The service was professional and efficient and our questions were always answered clearly and quickly. Working with this expert firm was truly a pleasure. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Alexis Paré, our contact person, for his availability, his knowledge and for being there for us every step of the way. His help, as well as that of his colleagues, had a real positive impact. In August 2020, during Covid19, our ancestral home caught fire. We literally found ourselves homeless with no belongings. The day after the fire, we already had hundreds of things to deal with and hundreds of questions that needed to be answered quickly, such as: where will we stay while the work is being done? What to do with our belongings, furniture, clothes? What will be the next steps? Who will be able to assist, advise and help us? We were able to focus our efforts on taking care of our family. 18 months after the fire, we returned to our beautiful home and Mr. Paré was always there until the last moment to help us organize our return home.
